A website audit tool built for prospecting
WinSiteClients is a website audit tool that scores a local business site out of 100 using ten weighted checks, adjusted by industry, and turns the result into a branded report the business owner can understand.
Most audit tools are built for the person who already owns the site. This one is built for the person trying to win the work.

How the score is built
Ten checks, weighted by what matters for that industry. A restaurant is judged on booking and menus; a builder on photographs of finished work. The same weighting for both would be meaningless.
| Check | Why it counts | Typical failure |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile layout | Most local searches happen on a phone | Desktop layout squeezed onto a small screen |
| Page speed | Slow pages lose visitors before they read anything | Uncompressed images from a 2015 build |
| Contact visibility | A hidden phone number costs calls | Phone number only on a contact page |
| Booking or enquiry | The whole point of the site | A form that goes nowhere, or none at all |
| Reviews on the page | Proof where the decision is made | Reviews live only on Google |
| HTTPS | Browsers warn visitors without it | Expired or missing certificate |
What comes out
A score, the findings behind it, and a report written for a business owner rather than a developer. On the agency pack, an approved concept exports as a complete WordPress site.
Pick a place and a trade
Choose a town and a category — dentists in Bristol, builders in Oslo. The system pulls matching businesses from Google, with their rating, review count, phone and website.
Every site is scored out of 100
Ten weighted checks per business, tuned per industry: mobile layout, page speed, contact details, booking, reviews on site, security, and more. The score tells you who is worth approaching before you spend a minute on them.
A report is generated for each lead
Their score, the specific findings behind it, and redesign concepts built from their own logo, colours and photos — not a generic template.
You send it under your own brand
Your logo, your colours, your sending address, your domain. Opens and clicks are tracked, so you know who read it before you follow up.
Questions
What does the score out of 100 mean?
It is a weighted average of ten checks, adjusted for the industry. Lower means more is wrong, which for a prospecting tool means more opportunity.
Is the score the same for every industry?
No. The weightings differ — booking matters more for a restaurant than for a builder, and photography matters more for a builder than for an accountant.
Can I audit a single site without a lead list?
Yes. You can score any business you add manually.
Does it use AI to write the report?
No. The findings come from checking the site, and the copy is written by you in settings. Nothing is generated by a language model.
Can I export the audited site as a real website?
Yes, on the agency pack. The export produces a complete WordPress site with theme, pages, content and images.
