White-Label WordPress Websites

The site you hand over carries your studio, not ours. No badge, no footer credit, no link back.

  • No credit card
  • 3 reports free
  • White-label from $29

Are the exported WordPress sites white-labelled?

Yes. The front end of a delivered site carries no WinSiteClients branding at all: no footer credit, no badge, no attribution link, no query string phoning home. Every visible name, logo, colour and photo belongs to the client. The one place the origin appears is the theme's Author line in wp-admin, under Appearance → Themes, which only whoever logs in ever sees.

A delivered website is a portfolio piece before it is anything else, and a credit in the footer of it quietly tells every visitor — and every competitor — who actually built it. The exported site has none. What arrives on the client's hosting is an ordinary WordPress theme with their content in it.

Can I put my own studio name on it?

The theme header is a plain text block in the theme files, so renaming the Author line to your studio takes one edit before you upload it. Nothing else in the theme references us, so there is nothing else to find and change.

  1. Export the site

The bundle is four ZIPs, no account for the client.

  2. Rename the theme header

One optional edit if you want your studio on it.

  3. Install on their hosting

    Ordinary PHP and MySQL, anywhere.

  4. Hand over the login

They edit fields; you keep the relationship.

Why it works

What the client sees

Their business, presented as your work.

Nothing in the footer

No "built with", no badge, no attribution link. The footer holds their details and their copyright line.

Their brand throughout

Logo, brand colour and header colours are read from the client's own site and applied to the whole design, not just an accent.

An ordinary WordPress install

No proprietary dashboard, no account with us, no licence to lapse. If they leave you, the site keeps working.

Where it fits

Who delivers this way

Anyone whose name should be on the work.

  • Agencies — sites delivered as the agency’s own build
  • Freelancers — a portfolio that does not credit a tool
  • Resellers — delivering under a partner’s brand rather than yours or ours
  • Studios with retainers — the client keeps dealing with you, not a platform

Questions

Is there a licence or a subscription attached to the delivered site?

No. The export is files. Once installed, the site has no connection to us and no dependency on your plan staying active — cancelling stops new exports, it does not touch sites already delivered.

Does the client need a WinSiteClients account?

No, and they never see one. They get WordPress admin on their own hosting.

Is white-labelling the same as it is for reports?

They are different things. Report white-labelling is a plan feature — your logo, colours and sending address on the audit you send a prospect. The delivered website is unbranded for everyone, because there is nothing on it to brand.

Which plan do I need?

WordPress export is on the Agency plan at $99, which includes five sites a month. Report white-labelling starts on Freelancer at $29.
